Noi Moderati MP Michela Vittoria Brambilla is under investigation by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office for false invoicing, along with other individuals, in relation to the production of her TV program "Dalla parte degli animali."

This is what emerged from a search by the Guardia di Finanza, as anticipated by Repubblica online and confirmed by qualified sources.

The investigation alleges false invoices totaling approximately €1.5 million between 2020 and 2026, as well as a sponsorship scheme by the Italian Kennel Club (ENCI) for the television program hosted by the parliamentarian.

According to information from the Prosecutor's Office headed by Marcello Viola, in the investigation sparked by some episodes of Report about a year ago , the investigation claims that, between 2020 and this year, the approximately one and a half million euros paid by ENCI (the president Espedito Massimo Muto is under investigation) to be a sponsor of the program "Dalla parte degli animali" went largely to the parliamentarian, essentially to pay for her role as host.

However, the money in the sponsorship contracts was supposed to pay for the program's production. Also under investigation for this alleged system of false invoices, some of which were "inflated" compared to the necessary production costs, are the directors of the three production companies, who were allegedly aware of the disputed mechanism. According to the prosecution, the money allegedly reached the companies and was then passed on, approximately 90%, to the MP. The Guardia di Finanza (Fiamme Gialle) searches were carried out in Milan, Turin, and Rome.
