Man stabs 23-year-old sister to death and video calls mother to show her body

After stabbing his sister to death, he video-called his mother, who was not home at the time, showing her her daughter's lifeless body: Vincenzo Riccardi, a 25-year-old man in San Paolo Bel Sito, in the province of Naples, killed his sister, Noemi Riccardi, 23, with several stab wounds to her body .
He then called 911 and confessed to the murder. When the police entered the house, they found the young man, who confirmed that he was the murderer and said he had suffered a "panic fit."
The 25-year-old is believed to have suffered 6-7 stab wounds. However, the exact nature of the wounds will have to wait for an autopsy to be determined. According to reports, both were being treated at the mental health center in Nola (Naples) . The weapon used was a kitchen knife, found at the scene.
At the time of the murder, only the two boys were in the home, and the Nola Carabinieri, coordinated by Nola Public Prosecutor Antonella Vitagliano, are investigating to shed full light on the incident. The boys' mother also lives in the home, but was not present when the tragedy occurred.
