The 24-year-old victim had spent an evening with some friends in the Corso Como area when, as he left a club, he lost sight of them . He didn't even have a cell phone. A 37-year-old Moroccan national offered to help her. But he wasn't going to.

With an excuse he took her to a secluded place where he had a makeshift bed and, after threatening her with a shard of a bottle, he forced her to undergo sexual acts.

It was a friend of the 24-year-old who called 112 reporting what happened. In the end, the 37-year-old was identified and stopped after an investigation by the police officers of the General Prevention and Public Rescue Office and the specialized section against sexual offenses of the Milan Flying Squad.

After being accompanied to the police headquarters, he was detained by the judicial police and taken to the San Vittore prison to await validation . The man has precedents for crimes committed in the Brescia area in 2008, namely a car robbery with sexual harassment. He had been in prison for two and a half years.

The girl was admitted to the Mangiagalli clinic and then discharged with a 20-day prognosis.
