Investigations into the sudden death of a 32-year-old worker who died following a sudden illness in Montespertoli (Florence).
The man - Cristian Melis, originally from Sardinia and known as Spadino - had lived in the Tuscan municipality for about 20 years. Two days ago, from what has been reconstructed, he stopped working before the usual time because he had a fever and went home. A few hours later there was a fatal illness. The 118 emergency services intervened at the request of the neighbours, but they found him already dead and the volunteers were only able to confirm his death.
The body was taken to the morgue. Friends have launched a fundraiser to organize the funeral.
