Tragic incident in Finale Ligure, in the Savona area.
A 60-year-old man, Daniele Baruzzo, shot his wife, Paola Siri, and his 14-year-old son, Mattia, killing them. He then apparently committed suicide.
Il Secolo XIX reports that the man – who had a valid gun license – also left a note to explain his gesture, which is believed to be related to family problems.
The Carabinieri, coordinated by Public Prosecutor Maddalena Sala, are investigating the incident.
