It was a fingerprint that betrayed the 31-year-old who raped a woman in the elevator of his condominium in Segrate, in the province of Milan.
The facts date back to last December 21: according to what the victim told, the 40-year-old had just parked the car in the garage and was returning home. But she didn't realize that someone was following her in the elevator, where the violence took place.
In a state of shock, she managed to go up to the apartment to call for help. In addition to the violence, she was also robbed of everything she had: 30 euros.
The attacker, of Maghrebi origins and with precedents, was arrested for sexual violence: identified thanks to the description of the woman, the images of the cameras and above all thanks to a footprint found in the elevator cabin and on the clothes of the 40-year-old, he was reached yesterday from the arrest issued by the Milan prosecutor.
