A one-and-a-half-year-old boy ingested a plastic cap and suffocated to death in Fasano , in the province of Brindisi.

The tragedy of the little one, who escaped parental control for a moment, was consumed in a few moments, within the walls of the house. According to the first reconstructions, the child, who was on the changing table , would have taken an aerosol cap .

The parents tried to extract the piece of plastic , without success. Despite the immediate help of the father and the 118 , there was nothing to do. The carabinieri were also on site to carry out the first investigations.
