A 40-year-old man was arrested for sexual assault, kidnapping, and robbery of two minors.
According to the investigation, he followed the two girls, aged 15 and 16, into the elevator as they returned home in Sesto San Giovanni, in the province of Milan. When they opened the door, he threatened them with a screwdriver and repeatedly abused them, even forcing them to drink alcohol.
Subsequently, fearing that his parents might return home, he fled after taking their cell phones and several valuables. Immediate searches, conducted by several Carabinieri patrols , led to the identification of the assailant, who was wandering the street. He was found in possession of the stolen cell phones and items, as well as the screwdriver he had used and several electrical cable ties.
The man was taken to prison by order of the prosecutor of the Monza Public Prosecutor's Office.
