He wanted to take her daughter away from her. So, ignoring the ban on approaching his ex-partner and the little girl, he approached the woman - in the middle of the street - and forcibly tried to take the little girl.

It happened in Lignano Sabbiadoro (Udine). The man, a 41-year-old Albanian citizen, was then arrested. According to a reconstruction, after the first attempts and the refusal of the ex, a fight broke out which was witnessed by other people, who intervened to help the mother, preventing the child from being torn from her arms.

Police officers from the local police station were on site, blocking the man and rescuing those present.
