A 10-year prison sentence for having molested his minor daughter for six years after separating from his wife. The story emerged in 2022, when the girl, 12 years old at the time, confided to her brother who was five years older that she had suffered the abuse. The brother told his mother, who filed a complaint.

The nightmare began about a year after the breakup with his ex-wife, when his daughter was six years old. As a suspect, he denied any wrongdoing before the prosecutor, only to then partially admit his responsibilities. In the meantime, with the formula of the evidentiary incident, the testimony of the little girl, who had described the episodes, had also been acquired.

It later emerged that the 65-year-old also molested a friend of his daughter who, once home, told everything to the family, who did not report it. In October 2023, the defense proposed a plea deal, which was rejected by the judge.
