Both Andrea Sempio and Marco Poggi have left the Pavia Public Prosecutor's Office .

Chiara's brother was questioned for two hours by investigators as part of the new investigation into the Garlasco murder . He left, avoiding the reporters and television crews present outside the courthouse.

Andrea Sempio, a friend of Marco's and under investigation for Chiara's murder, spent nearly four hours in the offices of the Public Prosecutor's Office . He left around 1:30 PM. He exercised his right to remain silent , as his lawyers had announced, pending the conclusion of the investigation with the subsequent disclosure of all documents and a personal statement requested by his defense.

Poggi, however, was summoned as a witness and was required to answer. It's unknown what he said, but investigators certainly called him to answer about the intimate videos of his sister with Stasi, which he had found on the home computer . During an interrogation in 2007, he said he had taken the computer while Chiara was downloading a file on MSN. He hadn't seen that file, he said at the time, but from the messages between Chiara and Alberto, he had understood that it was an intimate video between the two. Is it possible that that video had also been seen by Sempio, who used Poggi's home computer to play games? The questions also focused on his relationship with Sempio, Sempio's relationship with Chiara, and the areas of the house the suspect frequented .

That intimate video, which has been at the centre of investigations on several occasions, is even more relevant in light of the motive hypothesized by the Pavia Prosecutor's Office, according to which Sempio killed the 26-year-old after she refused a sexual approach .
