The towns of Patrica (Frosinone) and Nulvi are mourning Lorenzo Brozzu, a Sardinian emigrant who died of a fulminating heart attack in his sleep in his home in the Ciociaria village.

Brozzu was 38 years old and the tragic news has thrown many friends and acquaintances into despair, who are filling his social profile with messages of condolence.

Originally from Nulvi, he leaves behind his wife and two daughters. Among the many who mourn him there are also several Sardinian friends.

Brozzu was also well known because of his love for football: raised in the youth teams of Frosinone, he then played as a midfielder in numerous provincial fields.

Mister Giulio Farinelli, his first coach: «This morning very bad news, the death of an exceptional boy due to illness - one of the old glories of Frosinone football posted via social media -. He was a very humble and companionable boy, polite and always available for all his companions, a great man. Rest in peace and continue to protect your children as you always did as a true father, we will all miss you."
