The 71-year-old man who called 112 yesterday morning explaining that his friend had died of asphyxiation in his home in Milan is being investigated for manslaughter and negligence .

The victim is a 27-year-old Brazilian.

From what has emerged so far, the two spent a few days taking drugs, medications, and having sexual intercourse. Then, upon waking up, the 71-year-old made the tragic discovery: his partner had a plastic bag over his head and was no longer breathing.

Now the scientific findings will have to clarify whether what is said is true. There would be no other signs of violence on the young man's body.
