The Ferragnez have reached an agreement for their separation .

This was reported in a joint statement by the lawyers of the two parties, Pompilia Rossi with Alessandro Simeone and Andrea Pietrolucci for him, Daniela Missaglia for her.

"After long negotiations, Chiara Ferragni and Fedez are signing the separation agreement and simultaneous divorce," the statement reads.

"We will shortly file the agreement that will be approved by the Court of Milan which after six months will pronounce the divorce, bringing down the curtain on the events of one of the most loved and talked about couples of recent years", the lawyers report.

"Leone and Vittoria," the agreement states, "will stay with mom and dad for approximately the same periods, during which each parent will provide for their maintenance. Fedez, as he himself had requested, will also pay, directly and entirely, the children's schools, medical expenses and sports activities."

So no check for Chiara Ferragni, who notoriously doesn't need one. The two have also found an agreement on the management of the social image of the two children: to publish photos or videos of Vittoria and Leone, they will have to ask each other's authorization .

The children, Chiara Ferragni's lawyer specified, will be placed "primarily" with their mother, who "has renounced the contribution for maintenance, favoring, with a conciliatory spirit and common sense, the rapid reaching of an agreement, also in the superior and preeminent interest of the minors" .

As regards, however, the financial and corporate aspects of the two, these aspects were already divided and, therefore, are not included in the separation agreement.
