Pilgrims from Sardinia to pay homage and say their last farewell to Pope Francis, who died on Monday at the age of 88.

About 1,600 young people between the ages of 13 and 17 will leave the Island tomorrow for Rome. "The young people will arrive in the Capital - with 400 companions - from all the dioceses and parishes of the Island", explains Don Mariano Matzeu, director of the Youth Pastoral Office .

A trip to the City, already scheduled for the Jubilee of Adolescents , but which now takes on a special meaning and will be the occasion to give a final farewell to the Argentine pontiff, much loved by young people.
