The Ministry of Justice has activated the procedures for sending inspectors to the Juvenile Court of L'Aquila , to further investigate the case of the Bosco family .

The decision came after the court order, which ordered the removal of the children's mother from the facility where her children are being cared for and the transfer of the children to another protected facility . The inspectors, who had already acquired initial documentation, are expected to arrive within days and it is not ruled out that they may interview magistrates or even those directly involved in the case.

"I confirm that we have already given orders to send inspectors. It should be remembered that a preliminary investigation was already underway in November. I would say that now is the time to reach a definitive conclusion in this matter ," said Justice Minister Carlo Nordio.

Today, the children's father, Nathan Trevallions, arrived at the foster home, accompanied by the little ones' aunt and grandmother, who arrived over a month ago to be close to Catherine.

Abruzzo's Children's Ombudsman, Alessandra De Febis , also visited the children: "We're working for their well-being," she said. "At the moment, there's no provision for the children's adoptability," she added as she left the foster home. " They won't be separated, and we're working for their peace of mind ."
