A one-minute and 14-second video shows Abderrahim Fakir—the 42-year-old man who died during a police stop in Bologna—on the ground, still bound with ankle ties and his arms behind his back. Four Red Cross paramedics are surrounding him. Two are performing CPR: one is performing chest compressions and another is administering ventilation. Defibrillator wires are on his body. An officer is also kneeling nearby.

This is what can be seen in a video provided to ANSA by the lawyers of the man's family. "His face is bloody and has dark brown stains from the pepper spray sprayed at very close range. He was resuscitated while still tied up," says lawyer Fabio Anselmo.
