Fabrizio Corona's social media profiles have been removed . Specifically, his highly followed Instagram account is no longer visible, with the page stating that it has been "removed." This page was where the former photo agent reposted videos from his online show "Falsissimo," with episodes, particularly the latest ones, attacking Mediaset and Alfonso Signorini. His Facebook and TikTok profiles have also been removed.
The former paparazzi king also posted an episode last night. As far as we know, the removal is not due to a criminal court order or the recent injunction from the Milan Civil Court. It appears to be an action by internet giants Meta and TikTok, following legal action by Mediaset, which sent numerous warnings for copyright infringement, defamatory content, and hate speech . "Falsissimo's" YouTube profile remains accessible.
"I don't know why it was removed, but freedom of speech is at risk," said Corona's lawyer, Ivano Chiesa . He calls it a "shocking censorship operation, worthy of non-democratic countries, but people have understood that the goal is to silence him, and when they stop me in the street, they all support Fabrizio."
Last night, despite the warnings, complaints, and the ruling of the Milan Civil Court, Corona posted the episode in which he attacks the Mediaset hosts on the YouTube channel of his show "Falsissimo," also returning to the Signorini case.
In recent days, Mediaset, through a copyright infringement notice, had obtained the removal of the final episode, and yesterday Corona republished it under the title "The Price of Success – New Final Part," writing: "We're reposting the entire episode here without the contested images." He also said he had added a segment, in the same episode, about Signorini and what he has repeatedly described as "the system of blackmail and sexual favors."
