Collision between car and van: three women die

Three women were killed this evening in an accident on Statale 7 between Laterza and Castellaneta, in the province of Taranto.

An Alfa Romeo collided with a Fiat Fiorino driven by a man: the latter was seriously injured and was transported in code red to the Santissima Annunziata hospital.

The firefighters intervened on the spot and extracted the bodies of the three victims from the metal sheets of the car they were traveling on. The investigations were entrusted to the police.
