Car-school bus collision: Driver dead, 20 students injured

A school bus and a car collided this morning in Arignano, near Turin. The driver died, and twenty of the fifty students on the bus were injured, none seriously: they suffered bruises.

The 118 emergency service from Azienda Zero is on the scene with a number of ambulances, as are the firefighters. The accident occurred on the corner of Via Borgo Cremera and Via Borgonuovo. A regional air rescue helicopter also arrived on the scene.
