A man of Sardinian origin was the victim of a tragic accident that occurred in Borno, in the province of Brescia. He is Manuel Magnolia, 34 years old, resident in Seui.

The 34-year-old, resident in the municipality of Darfo, was driving a Fiat Panda on a road that connects Valcamonica with Val di Scalve, when, due to circumstances currently being investigated, he lost control of the vehicle, which went off the road and ended up in a ditch.

According to the reconstruction of the event reported by the local press, the car's fall was stopped by some trees, while the 34-year-old was thrown out, falling for hundreds of meters. An impressive fall that, unfortunately, left him no escape.

The alarm was raised days later by the owner of the land where the accident occurred, who noticed the Panda wedged between the tree trunks and then, further down, the lifeless body of the driver.

The police then arrived on site with the technicians of the Alpine Rescue of the Bassa Valcamonica station, who recovered the body and began the investigations useful for clarifying the dynamics of the incident.
