They had argued on the subway about green certificates and vaccines, but when she, a doctor, got out of the subway and set foot on the platform, she was hit with a head butt by a woman who belonged to the no-vax group.
It happened yesterday in Rome, precisely at the San Paolo stop, direction Laurentina. On board the convoy there were some participants in the no Green pass demonstration returning from the sit-in to the Circus Maximus. On the vehicle they started talking to each other and the doctor apparently intervened saying she was opposed to practically everything they were saying.
Thus a diatribe was born, which resulted in the physical attack on the quay. The woman, 34, remained on the ground. Other passengers saw the scene and contacted the emergency number 112.
By the time the police arrived, the perpetrators had already disappeared. The doctor was rescued and transported to the hospital, fortunately in green code: she was very frightened but suffered minor injuries. The agents listened to the victim and some present to trace the attackers: they are also acquiring images from video surveillance cameras.
