The Turkish lead on the disappearance of Angela Celentano does not cease to reserve surprises.

The investigating judge of Naples Federica Colucci has rejected the request for filing presented by the Prosecutor on the investigative activity of the Dda started in 2009 after the declarations of a woman. At the time Vincenza Trentinella had said that she had received confidential information on the fate of the little girl who disappeared from Monte Faito on August 10, 1996, which was provided to her by a priest who in turn had obtained it in the confessional.

«I immediately warned the family – says the lawyer Luigi Ferrandino today – we were not aware of this investigation. I have just contacted Catello (Angela's father, ed) who reaffirmed his trust in the investigators».

According to him, Trentinella would have made a check by going directly to Turkey: Angela would have been kidnapped and would still live on the Buyukada islet with a person she believes is her father . And of this man (with a scar on his face, met on the spot) he would have provided a photo probably taken after meeting him in a veterinarian's office.

For the judge, there are still many doubts, for this reason it is necessary to extend the investigations for at least another six months and, in particular, to carry out further investigations on the alleged Turkish father of the disappearance. His name would be Fahfi Bey (of which there would also be a telephone number given to the investigators). The Italian magistrates, having reached the islet, would have questioned a man who in reality would not be Angela's alleged Turkish father but the veterinarian, owner of the telephone number provided by Vincenza Trentinella, who told the investigators that he did not know the woman. According to the judge, in essence, the wrong person could have been heard and, therefore, the investigations cannot be said to be concluded.
