Popular YouTuber Andrea Diprè is facing charges in Turin for violating privacy laws, following a complaint filed by Massimiliano Allegri, currently coach of AC Milan.

The trial was due to open this morning at the Palace of Justice but was postponed until January due to a notification problem.

The case dates back to 2023 and concerns a phone call Diprè made jokingly to Allegri—then Juventus manager—introducing himself as "Fiorentina's lawyer." He documented the whole thing in a video he later posted on TikTok. Allegri, in his complaint, complains that the video contained his cell phone number, which led to a barrage of calls and messages.

"In reality," explains Diprè's defense attorney, Marika Piccoli of the Verona Bar Association, " the appearance of the number was entirely accidental. And it was also very brief: no more than a fraction of a second. We didn't want to violate Allegri's privacy, and we have already apologized several times for what happened."

Negotiations are underway between the parties regarding compensation. Prosecutor Valentina Sellaroli is leading the charge. Allegri, along with his lawyer Pietro Nacci Manara, is a civil plaintiff.
