The former CEO of Aspi, Giovanni Castellucci, who was sentenced by the Supreme Court to 6 years for the massacre of 28 July 2013 when a bus fell from the Acqualonga viaduct in the Monteforte Irpino area of Avellino, causing the death of 40 people, has turned himself in.

Today the order of imprisonment issued by the Attorney General of Naples was notified.

Yesterday his 6-year sentence became final, after the Supreme Court's verdict.

The manager is charged with negligent disaster and manslaughter.
