Leonardo Apache La Russa and his DJ friend Tommaso Gilardoni will be questioned in a few weeks in Milan, accused of sexual violence after the complaint from a former schoolmate of the Senate President's son.

The summons follows the second and final round of witness hearings which concluded in recent days in front of the Flying Squad investigators and the prosecutor Rosaria Stagnaro, who coordinates the investigation with deputy Letizia Mannella.

Testimonies which, also based on the analysis of chats, messages and images extrapolated from Leonardo La Russa's two phones, served to clarify some points of that night, between 18 and 19 May : the 22-year-old, after having drunk a drink offered from the friend she met in high school, according to what was said she fell into a state of confusion to the point of waking up naked in his bed without remembering anything.

In recent days , among others, Tommaso Inzaghi, son of Inter coach Simone and showgirl Alessia Marcuzzi, was also heard as witnesses . Inzaghi junior, who knows Ignazio La Russa's third son, was present at the evening in the Apophis nightclub, where Leonardo and the girl met again after a long time.

The young man has always defended himself by talking about consensual relationships while the alleged victim reported that on May 19, the morning after the party, she found herself in La Russa's house. The young man had explained to her that "under the influence of narcotic substances", they had had "intercourse" and, "unknown to him", the same had happened with a friend of his who was staying in another room of the apartment . One of the points of the investigation will be the verification of whether or not consent was given and, therefore, whether the young woman was in a state of unconsciousness, as she stated in the minutes.
