An annoying and invasive correspondence, according to what was reported by Il Corriere del Veneto, which was apparently sent on the night between 5 and 6 March 2024 , to an employee of the Treviso airport, controlled by the Venetian group Save.
Faced with the multitude of messages, the victim contacted the company's human resources director who launched an internal investigation, which later resulted in her dismissal .
The manager, it is understood, had begun approaching the employee a year earlier , with requests for after-hours meetings, invitations to wear miniskirts, awkward hugs, and messages containing sexual references.
The Treviso Court rejected the appeal of the defendant's lawyers, upholding the provision and maintaining that it was harassment in the workplace .
