A shooter at a children's party kills his sister-in-law, with the argument being suspected to have been caused by loud music.
The victim was Griselda Cassia Nunez, 44. There had been an argument before the murder (in the context of old grudges)."I didn't want to kill, I didn't want them to die." This is what Sandro Spingardi, 70, now in prison in Pesaro, reportedly said during questioning at the Carabinieri station in Fano (Pesaro-Urbino). Last night, he shot his sister-in-law Griselda Cassia Nunez, 44, in Marotta, also wounding her 28-year-old niece during a children's party.
The crime took place in a pergola outside the home, in an area where the victim lived and the killer lives in a trailer. It appears that trivial reasons, perhaps loud music, noise, or shouting, amidst old grudges, sparked the argument and Spingardi's reckless act.
The man, after barricading himself in a tool shed near a country house, was arrested red-handed for aggravated homicide and attempted homicide. Following questioning, he was transferred to the Villa Fastiggi prison in Pesaro. According to initial reports, he fired the weapon with a small-caliber pistol he legally owned.
Meanwhile, the house has been placed under seizure.
