A little girl was hit by a police car while crossing the street and injured.

A seven-year-old girl was hit by a police car in central Rome. The incident occurred on Corso Rinascimento.

The little girl was transported to Bambino Gesù Hospital with a yellow code. She is not in serious condition .

Initial reports suggest the police car, with sirens blaring, was on its way to the scene of a fight. When the incident occurred, the little girl was apparently crossing the street a short distance from her parents .
