A child in Alexandria slips in the pool and hits his head, resulting in a red flag.

A 7-year-old boy was rushed to hospital in Turin after an accident in a swimming pool in Alluvioni Piovera (Alessandria).

The child apparently hit his head after slipping. Emergency medical services responded to the scene with a medical car and a basic ambulance.

The child was then transported by air ambulance to the Regina Margherita Children's Hospital in the Piedmont capital, in critical condition.
