Another performance worthy of applause for the Italian athletes at the Milan-Cortina Winter Games.
The women's short track relay team (Chiara Betti, Elisa Confortola, Arianna Fontana, Gloria Ioriatti, Arianna Sighel) won silver in the 3000-meter final.
A splendid victory with a cherry on top: with this medal, Arianna Fontana reaches 14 medals at the Games, surpassing fencer Edoardo Mangiarotti's record of 13 and thus becoming the most successful Italian athlete ever at the Olympics.
