For the four Sardinian students, the great satisfaction of having achieved a great goal and the hope of obtaining the most coveted title. Here are the thoughts of the young people who left the island to participate in the competition.

Margherita Messina

“I was registered for the Championships for the first time in the first year of high school by my Italian teacher from the two-year period. I participated in the competitions every year, training with exercises provided by the school representatives and also using those on the Championships website. Before the tests, our school also provides face-to-face simulations for the participants, which are then corrected collectively together with the teacher."

Daniele Loche

"I don't often write outside of school but sometimes I write down my thoughts. I learned about the Championships thanks to my school and I practiced with tests from previous years."

Riccardo Orgolesu

"I have an excellent relationship with writing, which I always experience as a pleasant encounter with my interiority, from which ideas and movements arise that take shape and find space to be fixed on the paper; a means to escape from reality or to understand it, analyze it , understand it better, not much different from reading. I write for pleasure, working on a project that I hope to complete and perhaps publish one day and in the past I have written articles, an experience with which I am very happy and satisfied."

Francesco Secci

"I dream of achieving success as a singer and guitarist, and of being able to make a living from music, together with my band. If I couldn't convert my passion into my job, I would like to be an engineer (perhaps aerospace)".
