The "Jova Summer Party" will also stop in Olbia on August 7, 2026, hosted in the Padrongianus Park area, which will be transformed into the Arena Sound Park. The Olbia date, the only one in Sardinia, is part of a tour that will run from early August to early September, visiting only the South and Islands, starting in Gallura: then Montesilvano on August 12, Barletta on the 17th, Catanzaro on the 22nd, Palermo on the 29th, Naples on September 5th, and the grand finale in Rome at the Circus Maximus on September 12th.
The Roman singer had already brought the "Jova Beach Party" to Olbia in the summer of 2019, transforming Pier 2 bis into a huge open-air nightclub. Now, however, explains Lorenzo Cherubini, " I thought about going to places where there's never been any music, where you can experience a day of great music. We've abandoned the beaches previously visited by the "Jova Beach Party" to highlight the outlying locations, often overlooked by the concert circuit. We'll bring the party to places you'd least expect, to locations where permanent music venues may later emerge."
Not just a concert, but a prototype festival that will last all day, featuring artists from around the world. "It will be a party on the lawns, opening in the early afternoon until midnight," the artist added. A major production with spaces for 50,000 people, food truck areas, and entertainment areas. Jovanotti will travel from one stage to the next by bike, in a caravan of improvised cyclists who will go from one city to the next.
The official announcement came this morning during a virtual conference with Jovanotti, connected from a theater in Rome, with the City Council Chamber, Mayor Settimo Nizzi, and the Councilor for Tourism and Major Events, Marco Balata.
"We enthusiastically welcome the arrival of the Jova Summer Party in Olbia," Nizzi and Balata declared. "We have already conducted numerous site inspections of the Padrongianus Park area, which will easily accommodate the expected 50,000 people, as well as two parking areas and an alternative road system, including a section of cycle path."
