“Regional centralization is an even more dangerous plague than locusts . The provinces must take care of the territory, as they know the places much better and have much lower costs than the regional interventions that they want to implement to avoid the repetition of the phenomenon of the insect invasion which has caused extensive damage to the island". , explained the exponent of the Pd.
