Investigations continue into racist insults directed at the AC Milan goalkeeper during the match against Udinese. A 46-year-old has been identified and will be banned from stadiums for 5 years
The first complaint was filed for the racist insults directed at Mike Maignan during the Friuli match between Udinese and Milan.
The police have in fact identified one of the "fans" (obligatory quotation marks) who uttered insults towards the French goalkeeper: he is a 46-year-old, resident in the province of Udine, already known to the police.
According to what was ascertained by the State Police, during the match he shouted "shitty nigger" 12 times at the player, who in response to the insults and attacks received from the stands left the field, followed by his teammates, acting suspend the match by referee Maresca.
The police commissioner Alfredo D'Agostino issued a 5-year Daspo against the 46-year-old. Furthermore, the man was reported in a state of freedom.
