A key day, today, for the constitutional bill on insularity that addresses the vote in the House and the issue is the first on the agenda.

For Sardinia, a historic event after five years of battles during which the need for the island to no longer be subjected to discrimination, and the disadvantages must be recognized and compensated with measures ad hoc to be placed on the same level as the other regions of the peninsula.

The necessary votes are 316 to give the green light to the bill and ensure that the principle of insularity is included in the Constitution and Article 119 is enriched by a new paragraph.
