In the regional council ok to the increases in the 300 meters and to new luxury hotels beyond the range

Green light in the Regional Council for two votes (25 to 23) to the amendment of the Council to the Connected which provides for volumetric increases of up to 15% also in hotels in the 300 meters range from the shoreline (but without the addition of new beds). In addition to this, the corrective restores in part what the 2004 coastguard had removed, increasing the maximum building capacity by 25% to create new five-star hotels provided, in this case, outside the 300-metre range. Also passes the package of provisions which incorporates the rules of the house plan not quashed by the Constitutional Court, including the usability of the basements. The discussion of the Connected will continue on Tuesday with the articles on local authorities (awaiting the amendment for the implementation of the reform of the Provinces) and on transport.
