The 2026/27 season will open with the Coppa Italia, a week before the league season. Spezia will face the team in the first qualifying round on August 15th. The match will be played at 9:00 PM at the Alberto Picco Stadium in La Spezia, Liguria.

This is a one-off match; in the event of a draw, the match will go straight to penalties. The winner will advance to the second round, which is scheduled for Wednesday, September 2nd. The format also includes a single match in the round of 16 (Wednesday, October 28th) and quarterfinals (Wednesday, December 8th).

Instead, the double-header will be played, with the semifinals (January 13 and 26, 2027) and the trophy final scheduled for March 17 and 31. The winning team, in addition to collecting a €60,000 prize, will also secure the title and advance to the first round of the national playoff phase.
