No new entries and no exits, there remain six starred restaurants in Sardinia . Once again, no one has achieved two or three stars: one star remains the highest recognition awarded on the island by the Michelin guide .

Here they are, the six restaurants awarded with a star: Dal Corsaro in Cagliari by chef Stefano Deidda, for the eighth year in a row; Confusion, Porto Cervo , with chef Italo Bassi, sixth consecutive year; Somu, from Arzachena-Baja Sardinia , with chef Salvatore Camedda; Gusto by Sadler of San Teodoro with chef Claudio Sadler; Fradis Minoris, Nora lagoon in Pula , with chef Francesco Stara, who also regained the Green Star of sustainability ; finally, confirmation for last year's new entry, Fuoco Sacro di San Pantaleo with chef Luigi Bergeretto.
