"Corkscrew what a passion" is the title of the exhibition that arrives for the first time in Olbia - the second in Sardinia, after Alghero - which displays a private collection of corkscrews, the one collected by Fernando Giuggia.

Despite being objects of common use, they are capable of telling great stories. This is the case of the corkscrew commemorating the coronation of the Queen of England in 1953. Not only that: some were used in the medical field to open medicine vials.

The collection is enriched with objects that come from all over Europe and also from overseas.

The event, curated by the Vernissagge agency and realized with the collaboration of the “Cantina Muggittu Boeli”, is sponsored by the Municipality of Olbia.

The exhibition will remain open until 27 April at the Archaeological Museum at the following times: in the morning from 8 to 13, in the afternoon from 16 to 19. Free admission.
