In Sardinia, in 2021, 59,247 families received citizenship income, while those who benefited from citizenship pensions were 6,335, for a total of 65,582 families and 128,597 people involved.

These are the numbers that emerge from the update of the INPS Observatory on income and citizenship and emergency pensions.

The data relating to the single month of December refer to 53,303 total earning groups, with 103,024 people involved and an average monthly amount disbursed at the regional level of 513 euros (538 euros for income and 284 for retirement).

As far as emergency income is concerned, Sardinian households have been paid at least one month's wages in the year just ended 15,136, with an average monthly amount of about 528 euros and a number of people involved equal to 31,683.

Nationally, 1.37 million Italian families received their income or citizenship pension last December, with an average monthly amount of 545 euros (576 euros for the RdC and 280 euros for the PdC).

In the course of 2021, the receiving nuclei of the RdC exceeded 1.59 million, while those receiving the DP were 169 thousand, for a total of over 1.76 million nuclei and almost 3.94 million people involved.
