They continue to work despite the delay in paying their salaries and they did so responsibly, even during the " Monumenti Aperti " initiative which registered many visitors in Cagliari and required an extraordinary commitment. It happens to the workers of the Camù Consortium , which manages the cultural centers Castello San Michele , Exma , Ghetto , Infopoint services and Mem multimedia archives for the Municipality of Cagliari. The complaint is from the trade unions Fp Cgil and Uil Pa .
"The Consortium has not paid, in addition to the thirteenth of 2021, the salaries of January, February, March and April: an unacceptable delay - the unions attack - and now unsustainable to the point that the Fp of Cagliari and the Uil Pa have decided, together to workers, to proclaim the state of agitation and ask for an urgent meeting at the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Cagliari, which will obviously be held on Thursday 26th with the presence of the managers of the Camù Consortium, as required by the cooling procedures ".
"The goal - continues the note - is to resolve this serious situation quickly and avoid such delays from happening again".
The trade unions recall that this is the management of an important public contract and that useful actions have already been activated to obtain payment from the Consortium, also through the direct involvement of the Municipality of Cagliari as the contracting authority.
