In Arzachena for the first time the Orchestra of the Teatro Lirico of Cagliari

Tomorrow, for the first time in Arzachena, the Orchestra of the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, founded in 1933, will be present. The event, which will be hosted at the Multidisciplinary Auditorium, is part of the “Un'Isola di Musica 2024” festival and is organized under the patronage of the Municipality of Arzachena and in collaboration with Deamater Cultural Movements from Sardinia.

The Orchestra of the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, conducted by Fabrizio Falasca, in the dual role of concertmaster and solo violin – write the organizers – will offer the Gallura audience two of the most famous and popular pages of world musical literature: the first is a true eighteenth-century masterpiece, while the second is among the most performed compositions for orchestra from the second half of the nineteenth century .

The musical program includes : The Four Seasons op. 8 for violin, strings and basso continuo by Antonio Vivaldi; and Serenade in E major for strings op. 22 by Antonín Dvořák. The concert begins at 8:00 pm, lasts approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes in total and does not include an interval. Tickets (single seat): €5.
