«Pinuccio Sciola taught us that in art we complete our humanity, because as human beings we come into contact with the environment to which we belong. With his art, the artist from San Sperate put himself at the service of nature, returning to his origins and putting the relationship with our mother Earth back at the center. Instead, we have overturned the biblical teaching according to which nature has been entrusted to man». This was said yesterday evening by Don Ettore Cannavera, psychologist, pedagogist and founder of the "La Collina" community, during the Talk on environmental sustainability as part of "Sant'Arte", the festival born from an idea of Pinuccio Sciola and created by the Foundation which bears the name led by his three children. Simona Campus, Gabrio Mambrini, Laura Pintore and Chiara Sciola were with him at the Museum of Contemporary Arts and Cultures of the University of Cagliari.

The grand finale of the Festival is for tomorrow with male and female artists between the Giardino Sonoro, the Museo del Crudo and via Argiolas in San Sperate.

At the end, the concert by Osvaldo Lo Iacono (guitar), Antonio Saladino (cello) Feat. Neja – voice, entitled “Le Corde dell'Anima”.

The temporary exhibition “Pinuccio Sciola. It was a forest”, hosted by MUACC, the Museum of Contemporary Arts and Cultures of the University of Cagliari in via Santa Croce 63.
