The Great Sardinian center buys a piece, Noi Moderati, and tries to dictate the times: «Immediately a path for the choice of the candidate for president».

The political entity baptized by Antonello Peru and Stefano Tunis today reunited in Tramatza "the parties and movements" that have animated it for months. Marcella Sotgiu, coordinator on the island of the symbol headed by Maurizio Lupi, announced that their list will also be presented at the next regional elections.

«It is confirmed once again», we read in a note sent from a mailbox located in Peru, «that the political proposal of the centrist, civic and autonomist political forces is increasingly arousing the interest and involvement of citizens, administrators and political forces. The Great Center aims to be an ideal meeting point for those who want decision-making autonomy and sovereignty on the most important issues to remain in Sardinia".

Today's meeting also served to analyze the current political situation. Yesterday, the mayor of Cagliari Paolo Truzzu made himself available to lead the (centre-right) coalition. Governor Christian Solinas has relaunched his candidacy.

«Having taken note of the great abundance of candidates for the presidency of the Region and at the same time of a glaring lack of method in the identification», attack the centrists, « our representatives have judged that the proposal to start processes for the choice of the candidate can no longer be postponed/ a, consistent with the autonomist matrix with which they intend to characterize the future government coalition".

The moderate and centrist forces «want to highlight that they represent a large social bloc in Sardinia which has already defined its priority programmatic points and which believes it can make a great contribution in terms of planning and consensus. It would be a serious mistake to think that we can attribute a residual position to centrist, civic and autonomist forces."

In short: Peru and Tunis make their weight felt: «We will be decisive for the victory of the coalition», they underline, «and we therefore believe that the choice of candidate must pass through our direct participation in the decision». No names imposed by Rome, it's the position.
