The first green light has arrived for the adaptation of Salvini's Salva-casa in Sardinia, the national law in force since July of last year that allows for the "remediation" of construction irregularities that do not border on serious abuses. The Todde Council's bill has just been approved by the Urban Planning Commission with the votes of the majority.

"I am very satisfied," said the president of the parliament Roberto Li Gioi (M5S), "especially because a collective effort was done."

In the text of 30 articles, Salvini's decree is not fully implemented. The minimum threshold of 20 square meters for the habitability of studio apartments remains outside. On the Island it will continue to be 28 square meters.

The measure should arrive in the Chamber no earlier than the end of May, beginning of June.
