From Milan to Palermo, from Turin to Lisbon, from New York to Tokyo and the last stop, precisely the one in the lively Sardinian capital, an emblem of hospitality and conviviality.
With the new opening in Cagliari, the Obicà Group confirms the synergy with Rinascente, being present in four of its stores : in Milan Piazza Duomo, in Palermo, in Turin.
The Rinascente Food Halls are places that showcase Italian excellence for local and international visitors: here luxury meets the simplicity of Obicà cuisine and the appetite for local excellence becomes attainable.
Obicà , which in Neapolitan dialect means Here it is! , surprises with its simplicity, just like a Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, a symbol of Italian excellence that conquers with its soft and enveloping taste. Next to the restaurant, the Food Hall also houses the Bar , the cocktail lounge dedicated to the world of mixing, characterized by a strong international character.
From this perspective, the design of the spaces revolves around essential and refined lines, which express the cosmopolitan spirit of the brand, in an environment with an industrial and contemporary flavour.
The authenticity of the raw materials , the open preparations and the minimalist furnishings welcome guests to the Cagliari location, from which you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the port and the historic streets of the city.

The gastronomic proposal
The protagonists of the Obicà menu are the top quality ingredients, combined in a captivating culinary offer , also suitable for palates looking for a light cuisine (garlic and onion are not used at Obicà), and for those who expect an original touch from craftsmanship. The undisputed queen is Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP , to be enjoyed in its various variations: Classic, Smoked or in bite-sized pieces. The seasonal dishes are made with the best quality Italian products, and are divided into six categories: Small Plates , ideal in combination with buffalo mozzarella or as an appetizer, Pizza , prepared with flour from Molino Paolo Mariani and natural sourdough and characterized by a slow leavening of at least 48 hours; we then continue with the First courses, in which Pasta di Gragnano PGI is often the protagonist, the Salads and the Second courses , to conclude with the irresistible Desserts . The menu plays with a gourmet twist on the great traditional classics, whilst maintaining a vast choice of iconic dishes from the Bel Paese.
