Farewell to Ozzy Osbourne.

The heavy metal legend and lead singer of the British band Black Sabbath has died at the age of 76.

Osbourne had been ill for some time and just ten days ago, defying the Parkinson's disease that had afflicted him in recent years, he had participated in a farewell concert event in Birmingham , the hometown of Black Sabbath.

All the greatest bands who have found inspiration in him and Black Sabbath over time, from Metallica to Guns'N'Roses, passing through Anthrax, Slayer and Pantera, took part in the tribute live at Villa Park to pay homage to him.

A sort of touching farewell gift from the "godfather" and sacred monster of metal to the 60,000 spectators in attendance and the millions of fans connected online for the occasion live from all over the world.
