Tomorrow the bill to appoint a commissioner for the Health Authorities will be presented to the Chamber. The text is practically unchanged from the one approved by the Council six months ago: a bill that a good part of the Campo largo itself considered insufficient from the start, but on which Alessandra Todde never wanted to take any step back.

Clutches

It won't be easy, because if the line is shared by the governor's party, the M5S, and certainly by the PD, the reasons for friction in the Campo largo remain. The Progressives have never hidden strong doubts about the bill. At least for three reasons: first of all, the text provides for a strengthening of Ares (the regional health company), and this despite the requests of the stakeholders who in the Health Commission have invited to take an opposite direction. Secondly, the re-merger of the Microcitemico of Cagliari to the Brotzu company is not convincing, mostly because the majority of employees do not agree. Third point: the bill does not provide for a reorganization that would justify the administration of eight ASL, two University Hospital Companies, Arnas Brotzu and the Emergency Urgency Company (Areus). Without considering that some of the general directors expiring in 2026 already have an appeal ready in case of removal.
