The process for bill 40 for healthcare reorganization will restart on Wednesday morning in the Regional Council. Wanted by the Todde Council and Councilor Armando Bartolazzi, it also contains the green light for the administration of healthcare companies. After the weekend break, the second article of the law will resume, to which about eighty amendments are linked, all from the minority and most of them suppressive. An almost one-way debate is expected in the Chamber, as already occurred in the last session last Thursday.

The majority of the broad field aims to cut the times and reach approval already on Thursday evening, in order to archive the practice and move on to the Financial Maneuver that is waiting to begin its journey in the commission . The opposition continues to reiterate its opposition to the health law: "It is useless", says the center-right, "and made only to change the current managers, but the spoils system in health care is not allowed, and there is a risk of causing financial damage", bringing to its side the various critical positions towards the text such as those of the unions and the medical associations.

Even in the majority, not everyone agrees with the rule, but the most skeptical, in particular the Progressives and the Democratic Party, abstain from speaking in the Chamber . The examination of the 15 articles that make up the text will come to the fore with the discussion of the amendments proposed by the council, fifteen in total, which partly rewrite the rule.
